CJP withdraws September 5 protest as Saurav Das tells Supreme Court

The CJP had introduced the September 5 march on August 24, alleging that the Centre had didn’t fulfil assurances given on July 25 that had led the organisation to withdraw its extended agitation over examination irregularities.

The proposed march was to start at India Gate and proceed in direction of the New Delhi Police Headquarters. The organisation had stated that households of NEET aspirants who died by suicide and alleged victims of police motion through the July protests would lead the demonstration.
